Tmobile pin number not saved?

So I have an SQ5, with MMI, and have the Tmobile service. It seems that I am continually having to enter the pin. Is there no method of 'saving' it in the system so I don't have to enter it constantly?

No troubles here. But I do remember seeing something about this. I was trying to set up my account so I could send directions to the car from my PC. What the videos it might help. www.myaudiconnect.com.

No problems here. Once the PIN was set up that was the only time I had to enter it. Give the Audi/T Mobile 800 customer service number a call and they can help you get things corrected.
