After much mulling over all my options, wants and needs, I got these:



Wont be mounted until spring so no other pics for now. My car is phantom black with black optic package. Tires will be Michelin Pilot Super Sport 265/35/20

The wheels are VMR 708 in gunmetal. 20x9 ET 35.

Overall, my wheel search for the S6 has proven to be less than satisfying. I want wheels that are either 20x9 ET 33-35 or 20x9.5 ET40-42. I am willing to spend up to about $1200 +/- per wheel. This is a daily driver car for me and I live in New England with less than stellar roads so to spend like $2000+ per wheel for something like HRE would kill me if the wheels got damaged. The wheel also needs to be able to easily replaceable if damaged (I don't want to be waiting 3 months for a replacement wheel).

I have bought this VMR 708 for now. Fitment is perfect and they look good, although something a little more "special" would have been my preference. BBS would have been perfect but the only wheel in the proper fitment is the RXR and I don't care for the design.

Anyone have any ideas?
