Technically, how is the sport suspension different from the non-sport suspension? Stiffer/ lower springs?

Yes, sport suspension is stiffer and lower than non sport.

Sport also has a thicker rear anti roll bar. Beyond the suspension differences, with the A6 Sport package you also get the steering wheel shift paddles and 3 spoke wheel.

I have debated doing the Stasis suspension, but have clearance issue in my driveway. It lowers the car 1.5 inches from stock and has new springs an roll bar. I have read good things about it, only thing you loose is the steering wheel if you start with a non-sport A6.

I have the Sport suspension and the 3 spoke wheel. I prefer the 4 spoke and does anyone know what makes a 3 spoke "sport"?

It seems amazing to me why a manufacturer offers so many types of steering wheel but doesn't isolate its choice.

I want a flat bottom four spoke!
