MMI Version - Do I care?

I just purchased a 2013 A6. Below is what I see. Do I care? Does it matter? Thanks.

There are a couple threads that deal with MMI versions and upgrades. You need to read those, then ask questions.

Thats 0609. Its 3 versions old. then came 0715, 0715-2 and now 0726.

Do you care? Thats up to you to decide. There are small updates in each version. Do you want them or not?

I'm trying to figure out exactly what those small updates are and if there are any potential negativevs to upgrading.
