Dear all, can anyone tell me how I can get a software update for my Audi A4 B8 2009? Specifically for the base concert radio? I have read that a software update can make the SD card reader actually play SDHC cards.

Basically, I need to get SW: 0310.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I realize this falls under the theme of "First World Problems" as opposed to real issues so I apologize in advance.

Others have reported they got SDHC-compatibility after pursuing SVM: B856A001

It is also reported not to work on every car. Supposedly depending on HW revision.
