questions about fex fuel convertion and boost:
Engine: Audi 2.7 V6 30v 2671cc
The engine is 100% stock, engine code is APB, so the compression ratio is 9.0:1 - 9.5:1
The intercooler will house 4 x laminova cores with a lengt of 392mm, that should have a capacity of 600 hp. It will be fitted with a Eaton M90, belt gear ratio 1.5.
Injectors: 85lb/hour.
These calculations is based on the octane number, and the effective compression ratio.
Camaxle data and ignition data is not included.
According to my calculations based on the octane values of 98 octane and E85, max boost pressure is:
98 octane: 108 kilopascals
E85: 126 kilopascal.
That does not include cam timing,and spark timing.

The values is not %trottle, but actual boost pressures in kilopascals.
So, whats the maximum boost i can safely run ?
The temperatures here in Norway during wintertime can go down to -35 degrees celsius.
Max temperature i have seen in the summer is 35 degrees.
