New Lease

New Lease
Hi folks,
Need some help. My beloved IST has hit 48,000 miles, the mileage limit on my lease, but I still have another 9 months to go before the lease expires. Since I'm looking at about $2500 in over mileage charges if I hold on to it, I decided to look into rolling over into a new lease,
So, at my local dealer (Audi Mission Viejo) they are offeringme a 2006 A6 (sliver.grey) with only sunroof and 18" wheels for $4900 down and $536 a month. That's for a 48mos/12,000 lease; for another $12 a month they'll up it to 48/15,000. (That includes the buy-out of my current lease.)
So, is this too good a deal to walk away from? Should I drive my car for the remainder of the lease, and then see what I can do on a 2007. Should I buy a one-year extended warranty to bridge through to the end of the lease?
Advice appreciated!

I'd structure it with less money out of pocket, at the expense of a slightly higher montly payment.
That way if anything happens to the car, you won't be out of pocket nearly so much.
Otherwise it does sound like a good deal. AoA if offering dealers a substantial incentive to apply to any leftover '06 models, and you can't even get close to that number on an '07. Get the 15K a year save yourself the heartburn of going over miles.
