The Bend Club numbers....
27 members with storage @ $325 month and 102 social members @ $125 month is $21,525 per month revenue. There is a maximum of 129 memberships available.

Don't laugh Mike...............
but I have thought about what I would do with the building if business went bad, many times. One thought was an indoor secure storage facility for people with not enough garage space for all their cars.
Hmmmm, this is yet another idea.
Oh yeah, building has no mortgage, just need a little seed money from the founding members.

* Sale of detailing supplies
* Detailers for hite
* Retail stuff like valve stem caps, wiper blades, exhaust tips, bulbs...like the retail counter at Parts & Polish
* Beer?
* Maintenance stuff.. Amsoil, Redline...filters
* Equipment rental? PC, Rotary, Cyclops, VAG, video camera mount...
* Clear bra installation?
* V1 displays? (self serving..but the wheels are turning)
* Small food concession? (too many issues)
