I think folks in the military
have access to similar setups, including hydraulic lifts for DIY work. Or perhaps in today's legal climate suchlike things have been priced out of existence.

Ok for the brotherhood....
they schedule social events that are designed with the female in mind. (To date no women members)For example this month includes a Pinot wine tasting, Oscars party, Music Festival reception, in addition to the detail clinic and St Patrick's Day beer tasting. Guess which events I want to attend. I'm telling you the guy that thought is up is a frickin genius.

Mike, we couldn't pull something like this off here on long Island................
The property taxes alone would make it cost prohibitive. Add to that insurance, building maintenance, payroll, etc. and we would have to charge $1,125.00 per month, not $125.00 per month.
Believe me, as soon as I saw this post, the wheels in my head were turning.
Now that you saw my commercial building, my property taxes for the land and building (~10,000 sq. ft.) are $28,000.00 plus per year.
If you want to sit down and seriously look at it from a business perspective, I'm game, talk is cheap enough.
