Found a website that lists ethanol free stations and is apparently crowd sourced: http://pure-gas.org/
It list some of the Top Tier brands but I have my suspicions that the big companies would actually have different blends in the same cities or even parts of the state.

When we buy 20 gallons of fuel there are 2 gallons of ethanol in it. Those 2 gallons would make 5 gallons of Vodka. It would cost five times more than 20 gallons of fuel. So they are actually wasting money. We should find way to extract that nice ethanol for the more noble and glorious purpose. Fuel would be free byproduct.
