Title Question
#2
depends on the state, but I doubt it
I paid in full here in Washington, and they gave me a document called the Application for Title which was tied to my temporary plates. I had to take that to the licensing Dept. and get my real plates, etc. The real title came in the mail in about 3 weeks.

Mine took about a month
Came from the dept of motor vehicles by regular mail even though dealer is hooked into the dmv and did the registration... might depend on your state.

There isn't a title to give you until the vehicle is placed in service
When you purchase the new vehicle, part of the paperwork process is:
Application for Title
Registering the vehicle
Depending on the State, getting the actual Title in the mail can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months.
You'll need the "Application for Title" form to register the vehicle.
