Default front struts
When I removed my right front strut yesterday to replace the wheel bearing on my 1990 V8 Quattro, I noticed that the shock itself was leaking. Can that part be replaced or do you have to replace the whole strut ?

Found it. I'll replace the shock part, whew, that could have been expensive.
