the "located inside a facility designed for racing" is key, and it's not in Progressive's exclusions
progressive will cover you at DEs and such. I carefully read my policy at each renewal to be sure I am covered.

Odd - my latest Progressive policy finally excluded DEs.
It might be a different policy in MO and KS, though. I think that each state is different. I'm going to be looking for a different company as soon as all of my "incidents" are erased. Until then, I'll just drive gingerly.
