Default car radio

My radio turns off and on whenever the bass hits or I have the volume up past like 8 depending on the song.. Also radio hasn't been clear since issue started.. Any ideas? Checked radio fuse and to no avail. Somebody turned my radio up one day and it hasn't come back on since. I NEED my music 😖🎶

The bentley manual will have the electrical diagram. The radios have a amplifier if I remember correctly and there may be a issue with the connections there.
This is not a easy thing to troubleshoot and if you are going to do it yourself then get the manual.

Otherwise take it to a independent Audi shop (look on the local forums for someone recommended.)
