15k Service

that seems excessive for an oil change and cabin filter change. i bought audi care for $880 so i don't know what they charged me for 15k, but i do know it was oil, oil filter and cabin.

Seems like a huge rip-off. I understand that dealers have higher overhead costs but this is ridiculous. Plus a lot of these mileage-based services is just fluff, things like check air filter, check air pressure, check wiper blades, etc. Easy stuff that anyone with any car knowledge at all should be able to do in 15 minutes.
If you really want to go to the "stealer", ask specifically for an oil change and a cabin filter change and see how much they charge. Should be a lot less...

I have an A not S but mine came out to about $200 after tax. I called ahead for a quote and they told me $180 and when I got in whoever my care person was tried to say it would be $250 which was shady, but I brought up what we discussed over the phone and had it taken care of.

I just paid 440 for S6 15k service. Expensive oil/filter change and bad car wash. I'm not sure if they even rotated the tires. I'm going to find an independent shop to do it next time. Any thoughts on using an indy?
