I wish there was a better way to capture the sound of this from inside the car while just cruising around. I really like the stock sound, just wish it was a touch louder overall, that's all. I should have a chance to hear the AWE in person fairly soon, however. It is hard enough finding other S6s around, period, let alone one with an aftermarket exhaust.

Yes, I think this sounds great on tickover and a few short blips. How is it on the road? Highway speeds?

This exhaust is perfect for my taste. Definitely deep and plenty of sound (in and outside of cabin) when you want but absolutely silent when cruising at any speed. Great blips on downshifts in sport mode. Fits the car (sporty sedan) perfectly in my opinion.

My dealership charged 350 for labor. I thought that was reasonable.

Installed it myself with a friend. He has a lift. Cost: a few beers.

Here is a trip on winter tires. 30 degrees. 70mph. After install.

I think people see a drop in mpg because they start driving harder because it sounds so much better.
