Q5 Bob

We've been thinking about replacing our Q5 with and Allroad. I know the AR is somewhat of a niche model for Audi (that's one of the things we like about it) but I'm wondering if Audi will continue to sell it in the U.S. with the new A4 coming out soon.

Sales so far this year in Jan-Feb are 585 (-22%). Has anyone heard what the future of the Allroad might be?

I'd say the Allroad has one more year in NA. If that. Either they offer it with a TDI or they axe it here in the US.
Typically for new models you see the sedans first and maybe the avant version later that year of for the next MY. There is no telling if there will be an allroad version of the newer A4 (though I did read somewhere there will be one). But even then, making it to US shores is a different matter.
Its a bit disconcerting that allroad sales are down -22% (down from what?) but I know Jan-Feb were dire months for car sales due to the awful winter weather.
With the soon-to-be-running Q5 production line in Mexico, I see more of push in that direction.
