Did some research and found a lot of disadvantages of open sky: additional weight, higher center of gravity,less ridgit structure, less headroom. Will probably spend the money on other options.

Any idea on the additional weight of the sunroof? I am really used to having one, but you raise good points (weight and rigidity the biggest concerns for me)

I did see numbers on similar but a lot smaller sunroof of A3 aproximately 50 pounds extra; so this should be 70 to 80 pounds more
