Default New HRE's!

Put some new p104 20 inch wheels in brushed dark clear. Great finish, can see detail of wheel and blends well with Daytona Gray. The steering feel in remarkably better in dynamic mode, and weight savings are at least 7+ pounds per wheel. Running pilot sport A/S 3 as I'm in Colorado. Car feels even more responsive with the weight savings. My put super sports on in summer.
My OEM 21's in titanium finish with Pirelli P-Zero's are on ebay, or PM if interested.

Those look great! Nice choice.

I miss Colorado, originally from there and hope to be back soon.

Enjoy the car man

Looks great. May I asked who did you go through to order those?

Do you know the width and offset?

How come you didn't just get the wheels in 21 and keep stock tires ?

The whole point of switching wheels for me was to be able to run some all seasons. There are only 2 choices of tire on the stock wheels, Pirelli P-zero and the Continental 5P summer tires. Plus, once you put on those super lightweight forged wheels, you don't want to go back to the stock heavy ones.

Yeah I just ordered 21" adv 's for my rs7.

I have another car for my daily so I'm not as concerned with the weight. The flash made the car a new animal.

Once you feel the improvement in steering with the lighter wheels in dynamic mode, you may change your mind

They do blend well with Daytona, but I definitely would have went 21". Weight savings or not, the RS7 just doesn't look quite right with 20", too beefy of a car.

Agree, but the 20 look good since wheel spokes go to tire. There is no good tire in 21, no all season or proper snow tire. Michelin super sports don't fit 21

Interesting perspective. I actually think the 20's look better. The 21's are almost cartoonish. Especially the stock wheels which have odd proportions. Maybe the ADV 21's won't have that issue.
