In addition they billed me 300 bucks to runn diagnostic and check the sunroof to just tell me exactly what I told them the issue was. I complained and said told them "u expect me to pay $300 for no result to just confirm the problem I told u upfront?" they took of 50% of that and told me I can use it toward the repair costs.
