European RS4 vs. US RS4
I noticed that the European model has way more options. Are most of these options standard in the US version? The European RS4 has options for sport suspension and ceramic brakes. Are these the standard suspension and brake packages in the US version. Any other differences? Probably a dumb question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Those options are not available in NA at the moment...
and maybe never will be? Another option missing from NA is the titanium package (black trim). As far as I know we're unable to order an Audi exclusive interior as well. Some of these may become available in MY08 or MY09, but I dunno.

There are a few items that come standard on the US spec RS4's and normally an option on european RS4's but at the moment, US spec RS4's cannot be optioned with ceramic brakes or sport suspension. You can always order the parts for the ceramic brake system and install but that will cost you your first born and left ********.

Since I'm Europe and waiting for my blue RS4, I've gone through the options here (Greece). Some options even in Europe, do depend on the country's AUDI shop as well (sigh). The ceramic brakes are an option, only with the 19" rims (doesn't fit with smaller rims) which I think are standard in NA (in Greece we get the 18" as standard). The titanium look 19" rims are an option too. Don't know the price. The ceramic set is very expensive and I think you can order it as a "sport" package in some countries. But I does make a difference when braking 
On the other hand dear FooFighter .. the RS4 is much cheaper in NA than in some parts of Europe... In Greece (where the gov is like mafia on cars above 2000cc) one has to pay 96000 Euros for the stanard package RS4 (times 1.3 for USD$ ...) Thank you very much....
