Ordering Window for 2014s Closed

Not exactly an apples to apples comparison though.
I fully expect prices to go up ~$500 or so, along with a few additions/subtractions to the available interior and exterior colour swatches.

However, gas guzzler tax was eliminated with the 2013 S5 V6 and some decontenting, such as 18"s from 19"s and Alcantara from leather, which were now options.

If you don't like the pricing, yeah you're likely out of luck by June. Any remaining 2014s you probably wouldn't have much leverage on. So best to figure out what you want to do sooner rather than later while there's still 2014s on the lot.
However, I wouldn't anticipate the price to go up substantially, it's just that the prices always do go up each year. Usually a couple hundred or so is a safe estimate.

Just ordered the 2015
I am not sure about the published price but my dealer maintained the price we were working on when I gave him the go ahead to order. At that time he found out that the window had closed. If price went down, then I made a bad decision. He said he did not have the price but they anticipated prices staying level or very slight increase. Anyway, I am glad to get this going.

I do not have a delivery date yet. The order is just in the hopper for now waiting until the May processing begins. The dealer had two slots available now for the May orders, I have one of them. Their are some slight changes in the packages, the Tech packages (MMI, etc. now includes side assist.) Prices were not available yet. The Sales manager was getting this off the phone and did not have any order guides yet. He was able to access the order system to input the order, however it was all going into the suspense mode until processing begins.

But some dealers don't try to wring every last penny they can, and some people are really good at negotiating, so obviously YMMV.

I dont know buying a audi 2014 just before 2015's come out seems like a buying a Iphone just before the new model comes out.
Audi does not do material discounts on their cars maybe 3-6% and if you qualify for the 6% (as I do) then getting them early in the calendar year seems wiser than later.
Why would you rush to get the 2014 when they are not discounted and 2015 configurations will be known in 30 days.
Price going up, audi Q5 is really at its price limit they are starting to fall into Cayenne territory for a car that is based on the a4 series.
A nicely configured Q5 is about $49,000
