Has anyone had to replace their intake manifold on a 05-8 intake manifold? If so, what was the reason for the replacement?

At what point do you determine the runner flaps are the culprit and replace the manifold?

. I have checked for vacuum leaks, none found. Get a steady vacuum reading form the manifold of 17". Replaced position sensor (G336), still keep getting DTC P2006.
