Default Well right now I'm having issues finding race brake pads

Seems that I can't find the Carbotech XP8's in time for the event. Asking the stoptech folks if they have anything.

Default I got a helmet this past weekend when I was at MMP, a Bell M2

The gokart shop there carries full face SA2005 helmets. Cost was roughly $350 which is in line with most on line stores.

Go to the Bell Racing website and find a dealer near you is the best bet. Bell is probably the most affordable helmet out there that is also good.

Regarding the pads, Mark and I are trying to go in on brake pads to save shipping. I think StopTech has a pad that will work and is roughly the same price/specwise to the Carbotechs. And to make sure I'm not screwed for being near last minute, I'm probably placing the order tonight.

But thanks for the offer. You might be able to sell them to someone at the track on the Monday who will quickly find out that the stockers are worthless.

Default Huh? No tech at the hotel?

Sorry, I from Golden Gate Region and I have been to 6 ACNA schools so far. I wonder why no tech at registration like every other ANCA school I have been to?

My e-mail only had the tech sheet, no instructions.

This sure catches me by surprise.

Default There was instructions in the email, it was just "garbled"

Well actually I think the problem was the text is set to White on a black background, but at least GMail wasn't displaying the background color, just the text color. So you couldn't read it. Well not without looking at the raw text or highlighting the whole thing.

Anyway, here is the email:
