I understand what you're saying. However, I'm pretty sure they'll still offer it by the time the A/S3 Sedan arrive.

I'm a male - not convinced, just knowledgeable of the VW Fiasco over the years. Put it this way, I wouldn't by a Porsche built in the UK. It's a German car, not a Vauxhall.

IMO based on personal experience, the point of assembly is of little or no importance.
While that may be your experience, there are some who have sworn off the VW brand due to their cars falling apart.

I'm not trying to argue guys, I'm just one of those ppl that can't be convinced.
Thankfully I won't have to deal with it since they're building SUVs for all the American Football/Soccer moms.

I am looking forward to the A3 sedan as this is the car which will keep me with the Audi brand.

Reason: the dimensions of each model are growing and I prefer a smaller sedan similar to the B5 A/S4. My first Audi was an '02 S4 and I loved every aspect of it. Sold that car and continued with Audi buying an '05 S4 which I still have today but the time to sell it is quickly approaching. The size of the B6 car is as large as I want to go. Build quality, materials second-to-none. With that said, the current A4 and A6 cars are now too large and quite frankly I'm not a fan of the upper beltline from mid-car rearward.

So now I'm waiting for official specs/release for the US car to convince me.
