Was playing tonight in my R2's and I see how they are on of the best winter snow/ice tires on the planet.

Well worth the $$$$ and oh so fun.....

Cheers

I'm with ya. We've been getting pounded with snow in the midwest and love the R2's. I'm admittedly a Hakka bigot and even run Hakka SUV snows on my wifes GL450. The only bad thing is they are so good that they can get you to do unnatural maneuvers.

I had Michelin Pilot Alpins (PA3 I believe) on my B6 S5 and they performed flawlessly. I inherited Blizzaks with my S5 and they did pretty well, but I still preferred the Alpins. I bought a set of PA4s for my C6 S6 and they're doing pretty well, but I haven't been as impressed with the snow handling.

When I make the move to C7 I may join the club and pick up a set of Hakkas.
