Default 2.0 T Oil leak question

I have a 2008 Audi A4 with a 2.0 Turbo. I changed my spark plugs and when I got to number three cylinder I pulled the coil out and found that the spark plug well was full of oil. Both cylinder 2 and four were dry. After sucking the oil from the well I removed the spark plug and the anode was dry. I am thinking that maybe the cam cover maybe leaking. Does anyone have any input as to what may cause a leak of this type. Thanks for any information.
