So I have a 2002 A6 4.2, the headlights are awesome, they shine so far at night and ive never had to replace a bulb. BUT a couple months ago the drivers side xenon pointed down and never came back up, im not sure how to get it back ! it makes night driving annoying because its shining noticably lower than the other. it still moves when i turn the car on it just always goes down too far, can i adjust them myself ? any links that show how ? I couldnt find any tutorials on youtube. thanks !

Something broke internally. If both headlights were doing it it would probably be the link on the left front or the left rear lower suspension arm. You can remove the headlight assembly and see if you can fix it or perhaps a wire is worn or loose, but chances are you'll have to replace the entire headlight assembly. $300-600.
