Can someone clarify the "load-through provisions with ski bag" option?

For me, that seems d to indicate the middle seat folds down (I thought it always did...)

Is there indeed no PASS-THROUGH option? Where the cupholder folds down it seems like just plastic behind it, as if there WOULD be a pass through?

There is a pass through. There is a lever on the top side of the middle seat that will pops the arm rest area forward.

Hmm, I wonder... Without going down, the only thing I'm aware of is the button on top which causes the middle seat to fold down. Canadian Q5...

Can anyone confirm on their 2014 Q5? My middle seat folds down - so I've got 40/20/40 seats...

I got the load-through provision with ski bag option. Got the ski bag but there is certainly no "cut out" in my middle seat for skis to go through?

I found some results on google image search, but nothing where there is the 40/20/40 seats...
