Default TTRS brakes

any advice regarding replacement of TTRS front brakes? I need to replace rotors and pads. Rotors are warped. should I replace with something else that is more durable?

What's the question? Replace pads? What problem are you solving?

Then see below.

Advice? Lubricate sliding caliper pins. Make sure pads are in straight. Think OEM pads - they have the fewest interactions and are a good trade off (yes, dust sucks, live with it). Change your fluid when you do your brakes. Make sure pistons are moving freely - that's often a source of deposits and subsequent pulsation/grabbing.

Yes of course! They are lighter than OEM , Unsprung weight is greatly reduced. I mentioned a couple on this thread check them out.

Default TTRs brake issue

i am still having problems with TTRS Brakes. pulsation with application of brakes and believe rotors are warped. Had them turned once which fixed the problem but now back after only few thousand miles. I have not had on track so only routine driving. I think I will have to replace. any suggestions for replacement of front TTRS brakes. Would S5 brakes work and be an improvement?

You should try racingbrake.com. I going the same route when my breaks wore out.

But since they have a recall on front brakes( front calipers have dampers looking like two cylindrical oversized bottle caps protruding out of the calipers on the inner side ) I never had any problem with the OEM brakes but I have upgraded to stainless steel brake lines from Goodrich . No more spongy feel.

Thanks a Bunche
