Resetting it a factory value is just the same procedure as any other.
Thanks Mishar. It bothered me enough that I went back out to the garage and set it back to factory height (dash light off) yay! After a few unsuccessful tries it seems the system doesn't want to take any changes. I'll go at it again tomorrow.

Ok I've noticed something, no matter what I set the coding value to either "55", "33" or "22" I'm still getting a stored value of 381... The stored values aren't changing. I've followed the instructions exactly. Has anyone ran into this?

Sorry to be should a PITA, coding my 7 series seemed easier.

Here's another tip I found on doing this. Do not sit in the car while performing the resetting of the values. As much fun as it is to have the suspension going up and down while in the car the values will be off. A lot of pass/fail or unsure settings may result in not being able to reset the system properly..

I'm outside for sure .. Laptop on the roof (on a towel)

Makes sense though. I'll eventually get it. I was successful in disabling the seatbelt reminder. Slow progress you could say.

Default Success!! I think!

Well I took the laptop off the roof of the car and put it on a table - not sure if this had anything to do with it.

I set the coding value back to ''22'' from ''55''. The stored values measured at 381/368 - when I measured the Front it measured at 381 so I left that value the same and the rears measured at 381 so I changed the 368 to 381and completed adaptation thru channel 5.. SUCCESS! Right?

I would have liked the front a tad bit lower, but got it working so I didn't mess with it any further. My understanding is if I want the front lower, then I should change the 381 to 382 or 383 if it allows it...

Ah-ha! Yes, I too put the laptop on a table. Once you have done it a few times correctly it will be easy to do. Now once you are comfortable doing that you can set it to where you would like and "tweak" the inputs. I had set mine to the max drop setting then the system would only allow one or two mm variation in the input area till it gave an unacceptable reading.

Default Lowered Finally!

I've successfully lowered it to "01".
Thank you guys for your patience and assistance.

I've also disabled the seatbelt chime and enable the FOB to open/close windows.

Is it possible to change the ride height of only 1 setting? I would like to change my ride height at Dynamic. Currently in Comfort the ride height is perfect. I would like to set the car to be lower, however only when in Dynamic mode. Any ideas?

Default No. It is a consistent change to baseline ride height...

that carries through to all suspension setting choices.

My car has been lowered using these instructions. It has sports air, but the car doesn't sit level. it seems lower at the front. I suspect the compressor. However, I am going to raise it slightly due to a better ride as it is crappy.
