The rest is easy.
I agree with Paul, it is usually the guides that go bad on a chain motor. Most manufacturers only recommend service when they start making noise.

Thanks again, guys! So back of the engine, huh. Guess it's not a simple take off the front clip and radiator job, like the belts were?

Just had to pull everything out on 3.2 cause of tensioner failure. The hydraulics on the tensioners give out and then the chain will start flapping against the cover. When you start hearing noises only on one side of your engine( like chain thwapping around) SHUT IT OFF... If you don't you will ultimately get the chain to skip throwing off the timing and the valves will slam against the pistons bending them. Hopefully only bending them and not ruining your piston heads as well. If you notice the noise and don't continue to run it you can change the top tensioners with the engine still in. If not then you will be pulling it out just like I am doing currently...
