06 A6 wagon rear door motor source?
What a run around with the dealer. Mine has the motorized open/close of the rear deck. Apparently not a widely sold option. 1st dealer replaced the struts, 2nd dealer replaced the latch and now says the motors are shot. Audi only sells the motors in pairs and it's over $850 and that is on top of the $700 that they already soaked me for. Anyone know of a possible second source for them?

Have you tried other Audi shops that might sell the motor(s) for cheaper?
If you have the part #, I'd contact: http://genuineaudiparts.com/ and see what they can offer the part for.
Also, if you are comfortable getting a used part, go to the local german auto wrecker/recycler and see if they have one available. In the past I'd do this for my C5 and came away with parts that were in very good condition for about 1/5 the price of new.
Or try http://www.shokan.com/used-audi-parts.php
Good luck
