Default Update MMI = Chassis Number Deleted

Hi, I've updated the MMI on my A7 (it's a 3G + system) from the HN+_EU_AU_P0160 to HN+R_EU_AU_K0770 and everything works fine except the chassis number, seems to have been deleted, I get this message when I access it:

Any help is appreciated

Solved, this is caused by activating new maps with carson method, when you update the MMI version or reinstall the map the chassis number back to normal.

Where did you get your MMI update from?

Did not work in my case; unable to upgrade MMI because I already have newest version 783 ("start upgrade" option grayed out in menu).
Same problem with maps (version 6.20.4).

They are from outside of North America. Different MMI versions.

You can do an "emergency update" using the green menu, this will reinstall the MMI firmware but you will lost your carson activation and map will don't work.

If I downgrade MMI firmware, install Carson patch and upgrade firmware again the normal way (without green menu). Do you think it will work?
Thanks.
