i looked at my dad's 99 A4 and my 98. From what i could tell the way the headlights were mounted seemed the same. I just wanted to know if i were to go to the junk yard and pick up a set of headlights from a 99 if i could then put them on my 98. From what i could tell the only differance is that mine has the fog lights in it and the 99 has independent fog lights. So pretty much all i want to know is if they will fit.

they would... but you have to trim the fender some since the newer ones are one piece
