Default Thought NavTraffic was included for 4 years on 2013s?

I lost it, so I called Sirius. They're telling me Audi doesn't "have the authority", to give more than a 3 month trial. Huh? I'm pretty sure 4 years were supposed to be included. Anyway, they wouldn't give it to me, so I had to pay $3.99 a month plus $15 to reactivate.

I'm thinking about calling Audi on Monday and figuring this out, because I feel like I got ripped off.

2013+ Audis purchased new by an original owner with 3G Nav Plus unequivocally come with 48 months Sirius Traffic free (3 months of Sirius radio). Any Sirius rep should know this by now. Ask for a Sirius supervisor to fix it and get your money back.

I got it on my CPO 2013 A6 when I bought it last month. In fact, I had been paying for it in my S4 and when I called to transfer the service the Sirius rep kindly pounted out that offer and cancelled my paid traffic subscription.

When I bought my CPO last month, I didn't bother to have them activate my Sirius under the 3 months free, because I was afraid that they would do something retarded with my account. I just did a straight transfer over from my previous subscription.
I had the traffic channel for about 3 weeks and then it disappeared, so I had to call. They claimed that the 48 months is only for new cars. If the car is sold, that 4 year subscription is null and void. They also claimed that there is no trial subscription for traffic for CPO or anyone, ever.

I bitched until I got 3.5 months of traffic for free.
