1.8T AMB - engine vibrations
B6 project included: install 1.8T motor, 5 spd tranny, new clutch (single mass flywheel, valeo clutch), cleanup evap/egr/pcv stuff, timing belt/water pump/pulleys, tensioner, etc.), new fuel pump, rear O2 removed, downpipe.
Car finally running (still have not tune out the codes from 'cleanup') (codes below).
But engine 'vibrates' (particularly noticeable at idle). Unlike 'engine shaking' from bad ignition, injector, coil, dirty MAF.
Only not thing (other than vibrations): fuel pump makes noise (very audible when running output test with vagcom).
Other than vibrations (idle, low rpm), car runs fine.
Vibrations not influenced by clutch engage/disengaged.
Pulled MAF: no difference.
Throttle alignment done (VAGcom).
No misfires, no timing pull.
Cam adjust at 0 degree (block 090 VAGcom).
Crank pulley/balancer: looked fine, runs fine (visual check)
Any suggestions what might be causing the vibrations?
Any suggestions for next troubleshooting tests?
Here are the codes (from 'clean up'); will tune out soon:
17834 - EVAP Purge Valve (N80)
P1426 - 004 - Open Circuit - MIL ON
17526 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor Heating; B1 S2
P1118 - 004 - Open Circuit - MIL ON
17840 - Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112)
P1432 - 004 - Open Circuit - MIL ON
17695 - Boost Pressure Control Valve (N249)
P1287 - 004 - Open Circuit
17881 - EVAP Leak Detection Pump
P1473 - 004 - Open Circuit - MIL ON
17522 - Oxygen (Lambda) Sensor; B1 S2
P1114 - 004 - Internal Resistance too High - MIL ON

I would start by thinking mounts, starting with the process you used on the snub mount. make sure you adjusted it properly. After the snub, I would inspect the 2 engine mounts, then the tranny mount.

if there was no change, this points to possible faulty maf or vac leak.
