Wow, APR is just getting better every day.

What codes is it throwing? Did you try swapping coils?

i just got done with this same problem! Mine would miss fire 2 and 5, we swapped the coils and checked all the plugs. turned out to be the ignition control module. I have not read all the responses but swap the two ICM's they are on your airbox and see if the miss fire changes.
