My 2012 doesn't have TPMS in the valve stems- it determines low tire pressure by calculating tire revolutions. Not sure if the 1st gen Q7's used the standard TPMS tire stems.

the newer ones dont need them. However the older ones do. I ended up not putting them in and will just disable through vagcom

I just installed factory replica 22" wheels wrapped in Falken 285/40/22. I love this set up unread of the 285/35/22. The extra meat is needed for the look and potholes.
