Front strut ? 4k-CGT

Have some front strut assemblies new bearings and struts from a 87 4k Q. Can these be used on a 87 CGT?

I see that they use the same outer CV joint, so I can't think of anything else that would make them not work. Other than the engine code, it's literally the same car from the mirrors forward.
