SQ5 winter set ordered
Well I finally pulled the trigger on a winter tire and wheel set for my SQ5 this will be the first winter set I have owned. I have run winter tires in the past but just on the OEM wheels. I ordered a 20x9 wheel with and a 255/45/20 Blizzak DM-V1 tire. The wheels came from eBay and the tires from tire rack. Tire rack called and wanted to confirm they were shipping a set of snow tires to Texas. Lol. I said yes. I have a home in Colorado also lol. The bore on the wheel was a misprint and it is 66.56 I have been told the wheels will work. I am just crossing my fingers they will. I am stuck in Colorado wanting to leave for Texas by Tuesday but I have a big red ice skate lol

Nice JBD. Hopefully those wheels work out....they look good.
I ordered DM-V1's (255/45/R20) for my SQ5 up here in Vancouver, Canada as well. The reviews are quite favourable. I have both the 20" and 21" OEM SQ5 wheels...the 20" will be the winters wheels (obviously).

Yes I hope the wheels work out I won't be using them as much as you all up in Canada. I stay most of the winter in Dallas with a few trips back to Colorado. I was just sick of not being able to drive around. Will keep you guys posted about the wheels. They are saying Tuesday or Wednesday of next week to arrive in Texas. I am still in Colorado waiting out a storm. Going to leave Tuesday morning and drive 11hours (700 miles)

I was going to pull the trigger on the same wheel, but the seller couldn't provide me with backspacing specs. The offset is a tiny bit less aggressive than the OEM ET33 and because the wheel is wider, there definitely is less clearance for the SQ5's bigger brakes, so it might need spacers to clear them. You also might need new lug bolts. Keep us updated on the fit, very interested to see how it turns out.

Rims that fit
Bought a set of 19x8.5 et 32 rims from an s5 for my snow tires. Used a 255/50 r19. Fit the SQ5 perfectly and look good! eBay for $800.00. Took a chance they would fit...even had compatable tpms sensors!
