AMI retrofit or Dension
hey guys, what best or better say whats the difference between the AMI retrofit kits i see for my 07 q7 on ebay, and the dension gateway 500?
i just want to connect my iPod,iPhone to listen to my tracks.

Dension Gateway 500 will give you more options. iPod + USB + RCA vs just ipod.
USB is handy for thumb drives and charging other devices.
AND it'll take up much less room. The AMI box will take up the whole storage section under the centre console.

It has bluetooth option, but after testing, audio quality is average.
The reason why I picked this is because of the USB Flash drive functionality via MMI.
It's very similar to Dension, but it's almost half the price.
