Thanks everyone...and by the way...I am now in a different countdown. The countdown to get through the suggested break-in period. So hard!!!!

And for those that subscribe to the drive it like you stole it camp, I've always stuck to the manufacturer's suggested break-in procedure and I've never had any issues.

Good luck with the rest of your countdown!

With the black optics package, do you have choice of wheels? Yours look lighter in color

Just the way the light is hitting them. They are the darker, titanium colored wheels. As far as I know, there is no choice.

I'm in that same boat... I still got a few hundred miles before I hit 1000 miles.

The RS5 is one of the world's most beautiful cars. I have heard that exhaust-- nothing like a V8 that snarls in a high pitched note.
