$88,119 for the sedan and $89,799 for the Avant...
...and OTR stands for "On The Road Price":

Pricing here will probably be $84K MSRP plus luxury tax...plus $5-10K dealer mark-up
Remember, the US only gets two production runs of 430 cars each...for a total of 860 cars.

And this is to test the waters? To see how much people will actually spend..
I can't see these selling that well and if that's the case will that impact the Rs4 coming over. But again the S4 is Rumored to be coming over @ around $55K, which means the RS4 would come in between the S4 and the RS6 I would imagine.. Audi is taking their pricing to the limit I think.. Being a bit more aggressive.. I think they are high on themselves.

IIRC theS4 was way more expensive in the UK than in the US after currency conversion...
