Please Help - New Rear Rotors and Pads. Pads are not making full complete contact to Rotors.

Default Please Help - New Rear Rotors and Pads. Pads are not making full complete contact to Rotors.
I recently changed my rear rotors and pads. The Pads are not making full (complete) contact with the rotors. Instead, they are only grabbing the edge of the rotor. The inner rotor has not be touched and signs of rusting can actually be seen!

Pissing me off, I thought my installation was perfect. Anyone have this problem before and any recommendations/suggestions to fix it? Any pictures of a proper working/installation rear pads?

Default No, I took the whole thing apart and its still not making full contact. I decided to drop it off at
brakes plus later this week and see if they could diagnose it.

Default I'd pick a place like SCR, 3R etc rather than a chain
I just don't trust franchises unless there are people I know there.
