I'm hoping to lease a 2014 TDI by the end of the week. I would really appreciate some info on what kind of pricing to expect, I'm not familiar with current end of year/holiday incentives. I love the new Q5! This will be my first Audi. A salesman told me the other day that I can expect anywhere from 3-6% for a discount. I've heard of people getting 6% and even 8% off (loyalty customers).

I believe the currently Money Factor is 0.00162 and Residual is 55% for a 36 month / 45k mile lease.

-6% discount

Cap Cost: $47,987

What do you guys think? Am I being too optimistic?

Yes...A big factor is location.(Houston Texas discounting TDI @1-2%) Also anything over 45k miles is going to bump that substantially and if that is all the miles you are going to drive gas may be the better option
