Wheel offset question

Wheel offset question
I have 21" wheels on the Q7. It was not my first choice for this car but everything was right on the available car on the lot so I went for it without paying extra for the wheel upgrade. I am looking for 20" alternatives OEM or OE but cannot find any with the 44mm offset. All 20" ones are 60mm it seems like. Considering, it will move the wheels 16mm towards the center, I do not want to do it for both cosmetic and stability reasons. Are there any wheels available with the 20" rim and 44mm offset? My main purpose is to install tires with higher walls (275/45).
Thanks for any advice.
Note: If I could, I don't want to use spacers.
