Did everything work out as far as your dates? Since you took delivery in November, were you required to have winter tires? Can't wait to hear your trip report. Speaking of slacking off, I still need to post my trip report as well. Since my car is supposed to arrive any day now, I'm going to wait till after it comes in to detail the entire journey.

If I post pics, it would basically be attachments to the post, which I think is limited to 5 attachments. Is that right? I've seen others embed their pics, but that requires you to have the pics hosted somewhere on the internet, right? Just trying to figure this all out as I've written up most of my trip post. I'll post mine soon. Maybe next week.

I use Picasa and/or imgur

If you don't like to upload your pics on web - you can upload from your hard drive - make sure you downsize them to acceptable size.

Have you sent an email to Amanda J. the Audi ED rep? Not that she can confirm anything until production is complete. But she can give you a good idea of availability. It has been my pleasure to have worked with someone in the Audi ED program of her congenial disposition and she is a great customer service rep.

Huh? So why would you request a 5/8 delivery date when you want it delivered on 6/2? Are you just gaming the system to get a committed date sooner????
