Default RS5 Downshift Throttle Blip

I LOVE the RS5's downshift throttle blip in Sport and Manual Mode...most of the time. But there are times when I'd like to have the responsiveness of Sport or Manual mode, but not the blip...does anyone know a way (assume via VAGCOM) to turn it off?

When you don't want the down-shift "blip" why don't you just put the car back in Drive/Auto ? You can still shift gears with the paddles...

because I don't like the soft throttle response in Drive. Sport mode throttle is way more responsive.

The main reason the "blip" is hardly noticeable in D is because it downshifts at very low rpm. You can accomplish the same by driving in manual and let it downshift automatically or if you do downshift manually, downshift below 3000 rpm.

In the settings for Indivdual Mode you can choose functions. You may be able to select different combinations to get the sport mode without the exhaust blip.
