Default 19" RS4 DTM photo's or MTM Bimoto?

I'm curious if I would have any trouble fitting the Bimoto 19" on my B5 S4...I really wasn't looking to get 19's but I really like the MTM Bimoto wheels and I can only seem to find them in 19's. They also seem to look quite a bit different then the Hartmann DTM's in 19" and IMO they look better and more like the 18" DTM's.

Any pictures of 19" DTMs or specifically the 19" Bimoto's on a B5 would be great.

Also I"ve never ridden on 19's before...how much ride quality will I be sacrificing? This is also of concern because the car is a daily driver.

THanks in advance!
